Consulting

I am a counseling psychologist with a strong research background in research methodology and Asian American psychology.  I have been hired in the past to conduct statistical data analysis, provide diversity training, and cross-cultural (Chinese) leadership development assessments.  I am familiar with both quantitative and qualitative research methods in the social sciences, and can work with clients to use social science research to understand various aspects of their organization.  Furthermore, I can also assist in developing longer term internal research capabilities.

I provide organizational consulting and training in a number of areas that include:

  • Asian and Asian American issues

  • Diversity training (racism, racial trauma, race-based violence) and multicultural competency

  • Organizational and institutional research development

  • Quantitative and qualitative social science research

Companies and organizations I have worked with include:

  • National Public Radio

  • True Colors Residence (LGBT supportive housing project developed in collaboration with Cyndi Lauper)

Please contact me if you would like to discuss if I can be of help to your organizational needs.
